We got some feedback from our customer when we send out the finished items.
When our customer asking why her charm doesn't look as the same color as picture shown, I only realize I forgot to mention we added color in this charm. The color we see for an object depends on the mix of light frequencies that reach our eye.
I know sometimes photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color during photo shooting or monitor's display. We have made every effort to display. However, the position of design may slightly different from what we see.
We end up redo the charm with no coloring and now we know we need to tell our customer to avoid any misunderstanding in future.
We get another new design on our charm. New design may born of customer request and feedback. Feel free to give us feedback.
