You can make payment using credit card or online transfer. After payment, you'll receive an order ID (e.g., #1000XXXXX). Then, send or drop off your inclusions. Your order will be processed in 4-8 weeks and you'll receive an email notification when it's ready to be shipped.
Is fresh breastmilk required?
No, we accept breastmilk that is spoiled, leftover, or expired. The quality of the jewellery is not affected.
Can I request custom-made design?

It is highly recommended to place an order prior to providing your breast milk. This precaution ensures the proper separation of different mothers' milk and minimizes the risk of any mix-up. In case you haven't yet decided on a design, we also provide the option to utilize our inclusions storage services through our website.
Once we receive your inclusions, we initiate a meticulous pre-sanitization process and transform your breast milk into powdered form. These essential steps are undertaken as part of the preparations for the subsequent phases involved in crafting your unique jewellery pieces.
What is lead time per order? / How long does it take to process my order?
Our processing time is 4-8 weeks from the day we receive your inclusions, provided that payment has been completed.
Please note that the delivery time is separate from the processing time and is not included in the processing timeframe.
Can I combine purchases with friends in a single order?
We highly recommend not combining orders with other individuals' breast milk. This precaution ensures that each order maintains accurate matching of breast milk. Each person's breast milk is processed in a distinct order. If you're considering a combined purchase with your friends (more than 10 units), please reach out to our customer service for additional help and discussion.
Can I order first and send inclusions later?
Absolutely, you can order to secure promotions or discounts. You have up to 12 months to deliver your inclusions. Remember to indicate this in the order remarks.

How do I send my inclusions?
Can I drop off inclusions instead of posting?
Certainly, you have the option to drop off your inclusions at our mailbox located at One Utama, Mailbox ETC
Can I use a pickup service to deliver my inclusions?
Absolutely, you have the option to employ services such as Grab Delivery, Mr. Speedy, or Lalamove to transport your inclusions to our mailbox. Please ensure that the breast milk is sent at room temperature. (The fee for the service will be covered by the buyer)
How are inclusions managed upon receipt?
Upon receiving your inclusions, we cross-check your order number and details with our system. We label your container with your information to ensure the jewelry is made with your own materials.
