Order Policy

  • Address Details: When placing an order, please provide the full address, including the postcode of the recipient. We will not be held responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect details.
  • Consent to Terms: By completing your orders, you are consenting to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document and appearing anywhere on the Woodie Pie site.
  • Order Confirmation: Submitting your order and payment confirmation is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirming your order details and payment status. We consider ourselves bound by a contract with you only upon issuing an email confirmation.
  • Payment Period: Orders and payments are ideally to be completed within 24 hours. We may require payment to be made within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received within this period. Promotional items will not be extended if payment status remains incomplete after 7 days.
  • Breastmilk Jewelry Processing: Breastmilk jewelry is a customized order. Processing begins upon receiving your breastmilk and inclusion. Solidification occurs immediately upon receipt, while finishing and curing depend on design and any re-do cases. The entire process takes approximately 3 to 12 weeks. Additional charges may apply for expedited orders with specific due dates.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel your order (more than 1 year from the order date) if you complete your order and payment but no breastmilk and inclusion are received.
  • Changes to Order Details: For any changes to particulars (e.g., receiver's address, messages, etc.), please cancel the current order and place a new one.

  • Account Creation: To access and enjoy special offers exclusive to members, you must register with us by creating an account on the site. When submitting information, ensure it is accurate and true. It is your responsibility to keep your information up to date by notifying us of any changes through the relevant sections of the site.
  • Information Accuracy: You must only submit accurate and truthful information during the account creation process. It is essential to keep your information current by promptly updating any changes through the designated sections on the site.

Payment Options

  • Accepted Payment Options: Omni Keepsake accepts Online Banking, Credit Card, and Direct Bank Transfer for purchases. Instalment plans are available for a 3-month period.
  • Currency and Overseas Transactions: All prices are in Malaysia Ringgit. For transactions made with overseas-based credit cards, the prices charged are based on the exchange rate on the day of shipment.


Refund Policy

  • Recipient Notification: The responsibility lies with the sender to inform the recipient of the product delivery. If products are left in a safe place at the buyer's discretion and the recipient fails to receive them, we are not liable thereafter for the safe receipt of the goods. We will make an effort to redeliver if goods are returned. If, after a second delivery attempt, we are still unable to deliver to the recipient through no fault of our own, we regrettably cannot offer a refund. Any remedy will be discretionary.
  • Refusal of Acceptance: We are not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Refunds will not be issued if the recipient, for any reason, refuses to accept the item or rejects delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Buyer's Responsibility for Pickup: If the item was picked up by the buyer but intended for the recipient on a later date, the buyer is responsible for keeping the jewelry in good condition. We are not liable for any neglect or mistreatment by the buyer towards the products. It is essential to keep the breastmilk in a zip-lock bag when not wearing. Refer to the "Tips for Caring Plated-Jewelry" card for extending the jewelry's lifespan. Refund or exchange is not available for products neglected by the buyer. Please avoid leaving the jewelry in damp areas or under direct sunlight.
  • Returned Items: For returned items, if a refund is accepted by the management, it can only be a partial refund as we cannot refund return postage costs.
  • Handling/Processing Fee: A handling/processing fee may be applied, and the amount will vary in different situations. When a handling/processing fee applies, it will be required; otherwise, refunding will not be available.
